Conjoined Twins
Conjoined Twins, Abby & Brittany Hensel turn 16

East Cork, Ireland – There can be no greater joy than the birth of a child. Poets and philosophers have tried to articulate the feeling of parentage but been largely unable to truly capture the feeling. Even with 7 billion people on the planet, all of whom were pregnancy ultrasound
born at some point, there would seem to be less enthusiasm for the process yet it is still an intimate and catalyzing experience for all parents, whether they are on their first child or their fifth. It’s built into us to love the process.

Even when births go awry with disease or deformation the miracle of birth shines through. Though disappointment undoubtedly sets in, parents more often than not take on the challenge of raising their child with aplomb, eventually anyway accepting it as just one of the many challenges of being a parent. Such was undoubtedly the case for Angie and Azzedine Benhaffaf of East Cork, Ireland who were faced with the prospect of a challenging life for their newborn twins, Hassan and Hussein, who were born conjoined. Though more of a challenge than a serious risk, conjoined twins are nonetheless faced with difficulties that many parents would prefer their children not have to suffer, but now the Benhaffaf twins are facing yet another challenge in their shorts lives after being rejoined after being accidently separated by doctors.conjoined twins

One may have one soul, even if the baby has two brains and two spines. And only one heart.Medical science has to face sophisticated scientific questions to be remedied and the ethics will have to face new questions.God,direct the hands of doctors for noble deeds.Every problem has to be faced and remedied. Then only man can go forward.
